- Once on the login screen, click the Reset Password button. This takes you to the Password Reset screen.
- Here, use the Username field to enter the username with which your account is registered.
- Once entered, click the Send Password Reset Request button. This sends a password recovery link to the email address with which your account is registered.
- You can go to your email inbox and follow that link to reset your account password.
